The company is led by CEO, Todd Marsh, who possesses twenty-eight years of proven, successful experience in operating developments and facilities. For around ten of his twenty-eight years of experience he operated 800 – 1600 units in multiple states simultaneously. Todd’s experience includes managing all levels of care and services in both urban and rural settings, including multiple, successful, new build developments.

He has proven experience in all aspects of management from operating a startup campus to turning around poorly performing facilities. He successfully directed different levels of care and services that included: assisted living and personal care apartments, skilled care rooms, rehabilitation suites, dementia and memory care rooms. Working with both large and small companies in the past gives Todd experience with various approaches in all aspects of an organization. These include multi-facility management, financial/budget planning review, P&L accountability, strategic planning, risk management, developing and implementing policies and procedures, mentoring new administrators, providing ongoing support, and leading quality assurance. He has managed multiple major renovations and building projects including, but not limited to, working on the design with architects, bidding process, navigating through the regulatory and statutory requirements, and managing the day-to-day construction with site managers. Todd has served on and with numerous boards of directors, participating in subcommittees and task forces charged with setting the direction of an organization, and handling emerging issues. He maintains a working understanding of the political and regulatory climate in both State and Federal governments that effect our business.

Donald “Chip” Ridge is a graduated of Washington & Lee University with an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Chip started several real estate and other companies over the last twenty-six years, including Heritage Title Services which was sold to BB&T Insurance Services in 2007. His experience includes Strategic planning, Start up support, Multi State Operations Management, Sales and Marketing implementation. Chip is President and Owner of Millennial Title Company which is a regional title company that is licensed in 16 states and handles both residential as well as commercial transactions. Where he oversees business development and strategic planning. Chip is an active real estate investor with projects in mixed use commercial development, assisted living facility and single-family rental portfolio. Chip also owns a Zippyshell of Greater Louisville which is a moving and storage company.

Adal Yousef - Partner

Adal Yousef - Partner

Adal is the Chief Financial Officer at Denton Floyd Development Group.  Adal is a well-seasoned veteran in large and complex real estate transactions, having worked for several large regional public accounting firms. During his work tenure, Adal has served more than 250 clients, with a significant amount of this time being involved in complex real estate and construction transactions. He also has owned several of his own businesses along the way. Through his thorough real estate accounting and entrepreneurial experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Denton Floyd team.

Adal serves on several committees around Louisville including the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award Committee and the KYCPA taxation Committee. Adal received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Louisville, graduating with honors from both schools. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPA’s.

Brandon Denton - Partner

Brandon Denton - Partner

Brandon Denton studied Mechanical Engineering and Finance at the University of Louisville. With over two decades of financial industry experience, Brandon entered real estate in 2000. During the 2008
housing crisis, he honed his eye for identifying and rehabilitating distressed properties and began to build the foundation for Denton Floyd Real Estate Group. The growth of the company has allowed Brandon to pursue his dream of revitalizing distressed communities and improving residents’ quality of life. Brandon has a passion for volunteer work, he contributes to the betterment of the communities around him through his commitment to the DiGiuro Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and the Louisville Home Builders Association.

Tommy Floyd - Partner

Tommy Floyd earned a BA in Finance and Risk Management from Eastern Kentucky University. After serving as an account executive for Johnson & Johnson for five years, he began his career in real estate with the purchase of a single-family home. From this experience evolved a dream to build a leading real estate firm in the city of Louisville to improve the lives of its residents. Tommy has ten years of real estate investing experience in both single/multi-family and commercial properties and a strong partnership with city officials who share his vision. Together with Brandon Denton, Tommy created Denton Floyd to pursue this dream. Tommy is a Louisville Apartment Association board member and is also Chairman of the Board for the Louisville Apartment Association Political Action Committee (PAC).

Mitchell Collins - Partner

Mitchell Collins - Partner

Mitchell Collins received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ole Miss and his Master’s in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, graduating with honors from both schools. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mitchell background boasts decades working in the capital markets, including unsecured and secured debt, CMBS debt, convertible debt, and preferred and common equity. He also has experience in private equity investments, including joint ventures, separate accounts, and full discretionary funds, as well as the IPO market and private transactions of public companies. Mitchell is the President of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group and handles SEC reporting requirements and compliance. Mitchell participated in projects throughout the U.S as well as international projects in Canada, England, France, Germany, Belgium and Singapore. He has worked on acquisition, divestiture, feasibility, compliance and valuation projects of more than $10 billion combined, including single assets, portfolio assets and enterprise-wide assets.
