Leadership Team

Vitality Senior Services was formed in 2017 by a group having over twenty-eight years of successful business experience, including operations, sales, marketing, accounting, construction, and development management. Vitality Senior Services manages developments that provide housing and services for the senior population with a primary focus 0n senior living, independent living, assisted living and memory care units. The company currently operates eight communities with over 625 units in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. We are currently under construction in Indianapolis, IN of our flagship design, to be completed in late 2023.

Our strategy is to seek out and partner with organizations, towns, cities, and State governments that desire innovation, have shared interests, and will create enthusiasm for our communities and the areas we provide services.

Vitality Senior Services strategy is to grow to operate 1400 units through development and acquisitions over the next five years.

Vitality Senior Services partners are Todd Marsh, Donald “Chip” Ridge, Brandon Denton, Tommy Floyd, Mitchell Collins, and Adal Yousef.

Todd Marsh - Chief Executive Officer

Todd Marsh - Chief Executive Officer

The company is led by CEO, Todd Marsh, who possesses twenty-eight years of proven, successful experience in operating developments and facilities. For around ten of his twenty-eight years of experience he operated 800 – 1600 units in multiple states simultaneously. Todd’s experience includes managing all levels of care and services in both urban and rural settings, including multiple, successful, new build developments.

He has proven experience in all aspects of management from operating a startup campus to turning around poorly performing facilities. He successfully directed different levels of care and services that included: assisted living and personal care apartments, skilled care rooms, rehabilitation suites, dementia and memory care rooms. Working with both large and small companies in the past gives Todd experience with various approaches in all aspects of an organization. These include multi-facility management, financial/budget planning review, P&L accountability, strategic planning, risk management, developing and implementing policies and procedures, mentoring new administrators, providing ongoing support, and leading quality assurance. He has managed multiple major renovations and building projects including, but not limited to, working on the design with architects, bidding process, navigating through the regulatory and statutory requirements, and managing the day-to-day construction with site managers. Todd has served on and with numerous boards of directors, participating in subcommittees and task forces charged with setting the direction of an organization, and handling emerging issues. He maintains a working understanding of the political and regulatory climate in both State and Federal governments that effect our business.

Edward Vincent "Vinnie" Barry IV - Chief Financial Officer

Edward Vincent "Vinnie" Barry IV - Chief Financial Officer

Vinnie is the Chief Financial Officer.  He has full financial responsibilities and management for Vitality Senior Services. With over 30 years of health care experience, ranging from community waiver, skilled nursing and assisted living – serving over 7,000 individuals and $1B in annual revenues, he is a well-seasoned veteran in large operations.  Primary job duties include financial preparation, Board reporting, business analytics, and operational support.

Vinnie is a graduate of Bellarmine University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in accounting, and his MBA in healthcare administration from the University of Miami.  Vinnie currently resides in Louisville, KY with his wife Denise and two sons, Braden and Tanner.  In his spare time, Vinnie loves participating and watching sports, cooking, and spending time with the family.

 

Toni Duvall - Vice President of Clinical Services

Toni Duvall - Vice President of Clinical Services

Toni Duvall is the Vice President of Clinical Services. She is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of
experience in caring for Seniors. Toni obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing from the
University of Kentucky and is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. She is also a Certified Dementia
Specialist. Toni also has an education background and taught at University of Kentucky and Bellarmine
University in the Undergraduate and Graduate programs. In her position, she will lead in the
development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Toni’s main role is to act as a
clinical resource to our individual development leaders. She will work closely with the facilities to
support provision of quality services, monitor clinical services and provide education.

Elaine Campbell - Vice President of Community Development

Elaine Campbell - Vice President of Community Development

Elaine is the Vice President of Community Development. She comes to Vitality Senior Services with 12 years of experience in the senior living industry and over 20 years of success in leading high-performing teams in sales. Throughout her career, she has served in various roles including community level business development, regional/multi-site business development, and pre-leasing of new market communities. Elaine has led the overall pre-leasing process and driven marketing/sales for 50+ new communities throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.  During this time, she successfully identified opportunities to improve start-up processes and developed streamlined systems to increase efficiencies resulting in optimal sales performance of communities.

Elaine earned her Associate’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from Owens Community College in Toledo, OH. While employed with The Disney Co. she had the opportunity to attend The Disney Institute where she gained the fundamentals of creating a customer centric environment, inspiring excellence, and elevating others to excel.

Elaine has resided in Louisville, KY for the last eight years and is originally from Findlay, OH, where she raised her two adult children, Tyler and Regan.

Tina Kramer - Vice President of Human Resources

Tina Kramer - Vice President of Human Resources

Tina Kramer is the Vice President of Human Resources.  She has over 17 years of experience in human resources, administration, and management. She holds a degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Human Resources and pursuing a BA in Human Resources Management.  Her experience includes managing multiple buildings in a five-state area. Tina has been instrumental in integrating human resource initiatives into strategic goals for organizations along with assisting leaders with HR strategic planning. She is highly motivated and truly enjoys working with people from a variety of professional arenas and at all levels within an organization.  Tina resides in Louisville, KY is married with 5 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 dogs. She has strong religious convictions that are the foundation of her success.
